The guy I got it from said he could only order them from Germany, I couldn't find any at big dealers in the states. I'll post pics when I get around to installing it. Car is currently in storage so it'll be a while.

Thanks for that! But $60??? I'll see if I can find another one from a VW in a yard or something. I'll just stick with my stock leather wrapped one for now at that price.

Always nice when a vendor rips us off.

If I'm gonna pay that much for a knob, it's gonna be on a street corner.

Here you go, I really love it so far. Also continuing the golf theme for my shifter setup (you can see the old putter grip that I used before I got this )

Also got it for way less than what ECS wants for it (thank god)

Does anybody know how much Hartge steering wheels like this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/261816711075...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT) are currently going for? I'm not sure if the price is a little high there.

Interesting. i just found a similar knob in an old abandoned VW rabbit near my GF's house a few weeks ago. looked weird so i snagged it. don't know if it's anything special. It's dimpled like the one pictured above but has a flat top.

                          here's a pic

Are ACS style side mirrors really worth the $300 asking price most are posted at these days?

Hey MPL... the later ones from the MKIII Wolfburgs were nicer. Half plastic and half stainless steel. Should have kept it. :(
