You come from the sticks. Please, stop now. Ask blunt for the pn's if you want to. Or take your vin to bmw and see if they can see what the original dealer put on your car.

They have pinstripe removal kits. You will need to buff and polish the shit out of where they once were to make it work.

Or use a heatgun and pick and peel them away.

If you don't have the cash, you will NEVER fix a bmw. (Break My Wallet).
    At least I'm a knowledgeable asshole... :D

I love this shit, its like an Internet Brawl.

I am 22, as for the old chrome strips, they were on the car when I got it, ugly I know but to tell you the truth they saved my fenders twice from damage.

And I am removing the pinstripes with a clay bark and some chemicals, I have already liquid clay bared the whole car and now im ready to buff once the pin stripes are off.

And cash is no problem I sold my 95 Mustang to support my e30 addiction.
and once I use all of my $5000 then ill sell the 91 Explorer, Ford is my money maker lmfao.

I will have a how-to on my car once I get my parts from KOperformance... I ordered them on the 5th

I cannot quite tell what wheels you have on your car, but I can say its not that SSR's are expensive (which they are) its that they are light as hell and make for a pretty nice upgrade. But then again who wants bigger lighter wheels that you can fit bigger brakes under?

And if you want the pinstripes you might want to go look for a brightly colored track suit and start singing I'm too sexy.

Stripes on the hood? Get a Mustang.

For someone with such mad crazy engine rebuilding skills, you have terrible taste.

Damn would you listen to people. The stripes were not a factory option. They were installed by the dealer back in the day. Either a 3/16" or 5/16" stripe was used either in one color or two colors. Apply the tape pinstripe on your car from the roll you purchase at a paint/body supply house. Custom make the one for your hood as that is how it was done back whenever it was originally done. Use the mad vinyl graphic skills you have yo....
