Looks nice, I just never liked how you had to run narrower than stock rubber to make them fit.

Oh and just to stir the pot, my E36 has been more reliable than either of my E30s were. :D

Used to love the E36 chassis until I owned one. Not to knock anyone who likes them though - it's all subjective. This one looks great and I think the Style 5 rims are a great addition. Oh - and chalk up one more vote in the "ditch the clear corners" category.

I must be one of the few who doesn't like Style 5's on E36's. It's just wrong. The first few times it was done was cool but it just took a life of it's own on BFC. The wheels themselves are timeless so you can put them on a Pinto and have the car look great. Not to mention the very low offset on a high offset car, stretched tires, etc.

Clean looking E36. I love style 5's in the 18" fitment.. I would get them for my M3 if everyone and their brother didn't already have them... I gotta stay unique with my car, but it looks good on yours.

I believe they are the 17" version of the Style 5, the ones seen on many E39 528i/T sport package models.

I don't understand the "everyone has them" thing, I mean I think in my 2-3 months of searching for info on them, I found maybe 8-10 people who had them on their E36s, maybe 6 of them where on Bimmer forums.

And I've NEVER seen a car in person with them other than mine. I'm sure there's more people on this board alone with RS's, or remembers, or borbet T's, or Azevs, etc. on their E30's than people who have style 5's on their E36's.

Is everyone going off a few peoples opinons without even bothering to validate them?

                              Yikes.

Dude, I like the Style 5's on your E36, and I agree that there are far fewer E36s with Style 5's than most people realize. It takes more to fit them than just bolting them on.

That said, 99% of the time you post here you come off like a pretentious tool. You did it when you had your bronzit, and now you're doing it with the E36 virtually no one on this site cares about. You posted a new "lookit my car" thread on an E30 site and you're butthurt because E30 fans aren't "validating their opinions?" Yikes indeed. You belong in an E36.
