i met a older guy at advance auto parts one time who said he had a red 87 325is just like mine. we talked for a bit, he was a pretty nice guy.

i didnt deal with too many retards with my car.

I know what you mean. The kids from my high school seemed to be very generous with how much horsepower they estimated they gained from each mod. I was told by at least 7-10 kids from my school that a port and polish job, cam and exhaust for my car would yield 40-60 horsepower...I wish.
F&F seemed to brainwash most kids from 13-18.

I had a great conversation with a guy about mine. It was really respectful and he was talking about how shocking it was to see a kid my age (even thought I am 23 I look 17) have an older car that was so well maintained and tastefully modified.

It was all good UNTIL he asked if it was for sale. Normally I just say "No thanks, i dont ever plan on selling it." but this guy said "Is it for sale? It would make a great first car for my daughter."

You should have seen the look on his face when I told him to "go play hide and go fuck yourself."

I'd say about 1/3 of gas stations around here are 24/7. All that are 24/7 always have at least one person working. Late at night there is usually 1 person at the cash register inside the store, who will also come out and pump gas. Must suck to be them.

Here in Mexico you can't get gas yourself all stations are state owned by Pemex. And you are expected to tip them!!!

Yea I was at the taco bell drive through a few weeks ago and the guy in there looks at me and says, who tunes your car. I was like, Me. He said, its running rich. I have a free flow exhaust and not running o2 sensor, so yea it smells a bit richer, but runs better and burns good all plugs have nice tan burn. I told him, oh yea, it is. Ya One day At the Taco bell Drive Threw, the lady ask why my car had to be so low? Whe actualy had to lean out the window to hand me my change instead of just being able to stick here arm right out and give people change in there SUV's and what not.
I haven't had to many stupid questions, I did have a guy come up once and say that my car looked nice and he had an 88 325ix in his garage and was wondering where in town is good to get work done. I told him I do all my own stuff but there is one shop I'd trust to work on it if ever needed.

On a coastal Orygun vacation, a gas station attendant dropped the nozzle and broke one of the center caps off of my wifes car. She denied it, claimed "it just fell off!"
Yeah right....moron.
She gave us so much shit, I waited around that part of the coast until monday just to harass her boss in person. I collected $34 or whatever it was...then got my local tire shop to give me a free cap since one fell off.
Heh...paid for a crappy motel!
