    Wow, I thought it was odd when I saw full service pumps here in West Palm Beach. They were the first one I have seen in many years (since the last time I was in Connecticut). I didn't know that some states mandate having a person pump the gas for you. I thought the only reason they had them in West Palm was because it is the richest city in the south!

      OH MY GOSH, THAT i have had happen MANY times. that is hilarios! It wasn't so bad when I had the original shifter on, it had a gear map. BUT when it started to fall apart and I covered it for a bit because it was hurting my hand... THAT was a different story.

        This thread is interesting, most places around here would not even look twice at an E30, they are very common.


        I guess its just the neighborhoods you guys live in maybe BMWs are not common there.


        Lucky for us out there we can pump our own gas :roll:.

          They pump your gas in Jersey too. I've never talked to them because they don't speak much English.

            yea, and last time I was Shasta (hour from OR, still in CA) I believe there was a gas station that was full service only ... hope it's not spreading.
