S14, no doubt. Cheap to buy, cheap to maintain; will run very fast circles around an E30 with the same money invested.

Everything post-E30 in the BMW world is too Four Seasons for my tastes.

Jay, the only thing that I really liked over S14's was that I could afford an E30 and the is equipment. Would have been hard to track down one with leather and ABS....where as I knew 325is were going to be loaded, with a OBC even.

Of course, for performance, what do those things matter?

        If I totaled mine, I'd get another E30, but if I couldn't... I'd go E24 635CSi probably, maybe a E34 535i. If not a BMW, I'd probably go old school Audi Quattro.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

Egg Zachary. Also, I've had my ABS disconnected since April and I'd love a set of cloth buckets.

I cannot live without ABS. Never learned how to pump, and don't plan to. That's why I need an Integra GS which is the only Gen 2 with ABS (and PDL). Two things that pissed me off about my first car, as well as it being automatic.

But yeah, S14's are a nice package, even if I decided I couldn't afford what I would want in one.

And althought some dig cloth....I'd always had leather and always want to keep it. (Unless I get Recaro SRD's or the like)

What I want is a 400 HP RWD 2 door car with an undeniable style, capable of 1G on the skidpad, stable, fun...and with most any feature you could want. Cruise, tilt, power windows, locks, trunk release, navigation, big freeking stereo...climate control, not just heater and A/C. I need to see like 11 seconds in the good old 1720, and be different from every other sled out there.

Oh yeah, like 22 MPG or better, too.

A built from the ground up 1977 Chevy Nova.

Think turbocharged Northstar, built to snot 4L80E, trailing arms starting under the front seat, aluminum fenders, hood, trunklid...custom frame rails on this unit body car.

Driving my '77 Nova, I got compliments every day, usually several times, mostly by women.
My daughter is the new owner, it is just waiting for paint and for her to make enough money to be able to afford insurance!

In a few years I'm either going to get an s2000 or a G35 coupe. Probably the G35 since the s2000 is only a two seater.

Hmm. Well you failed to include a euro car group, so I just selected BMW.

                    I'd like a nice Audi

You left out american cars, Euro cars and pickups.

                      Weak.
