    Intro, Guess I’ll Jump In?

Hi. Here in CT. Love cars, spent plenty of time around them and over the past 10+ years had a lot of fun in a lot of different ones. I’m a “late” bloomer to the e30 love, but it’s there nonetheless.

Just wanted to jump in and say hi and hopefully can add a bit to this great community.

Currently a week into some project fun (it was only supposed to be a touch up…but, that’s boring, let’s go HAM right?! :)

    Welcome!
That looks like a big "touch up". Any more pictures?

      Thank you!

Sure, resizing stuff sucks, but have been documenting it all of course. Lots of fun :)

Here's how we started, and how it's moving along.

Welcome! What a helluva intro into the e30 community! Enjoy it!

(and please keep the s14 in there)

              Thanks guys!

I am absolutely keeping the S14 in it, and removing anything not stock, to bring it back to full OEM spec. (ie ripping out a bunch of that awful wiring and lights up front...)

I'll update this here as we move along :)

I pulled the EVO III wing off last week, and currently trying to figure out how to fix and paint the OEM one I have on hand.

              Should be fun!

Welcome, excited to see progress and where this goes.

Was the Evo 3 wing on S14.net for sale?

I'm still loving patina paint over respray, interested to see how it turns out.

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.

Yup, posted it a few days ago there.

I'll try to get some more photos up today, 95% of it is done and in primer now. Final 5% is the rr quarter that needs some welding work done. The rest of this '88 was remarkably rust free and in good condition for it's 155K miles. All VINs present except for the driver door (who knows when it was replaced)

Bav Resto finished up my new cluster a few weeks ago, and that went in before it went into the paint shop.

Of course. My stuff doesn’t sit. I have a ‘99 with 226K on the clock. And a ‘98 with sub 40K miles. Both coupes. Granted, I haven’t had the ‘98 long enough to do much with, but undecided on what I’ll throw on for miles. The ‘88, when done, will be a DD of sorts in the summer :)

I’m not a one truck pony though, please 😂

I let my kids have some fun yesterday with the Acty

BTW, is anyone in the New England area planning on attending Caffeine/Carb down in New Canaan CT on April 24?
