I believe the DMV would disagree. fact is when i search out my VIN i get rewarded with seeing BMW M3. The Fact that MOST, NOT ALL, BUT MOST of the posters on here arent that fortunate is unfortunate. set side to side an E36 M3 (US or EURO) is FAR MORE A "REAL" BMW than any non M e30. fancy mods and a big mouth wont change the story your VIN# tells.

I am going to go ahead and continue with my s14 plan, and I'll be sure to post a 1000 pictures when i get the motor home and start un crating it and putting it in. I'll even make a .gif of the process for you guys.

It will more than pass. Were replacing the seat tray and reinforcement with a cage. we'll rebuild the strength with metal tubing. again i absolutely love the negativity. I've definietly putting a big ass I <3 Haters w/ <3 r3vLimited underneath it on my window when im done.

We've all made our "arguments," but like most who are too dead set to see any opinion but their own as the possible correct one... you don't HEAR them.

I was making point after point, and even conceding that the engine is a good one (hell it gets swapped into tons of e30's here)... but you still went on ranting and raving about how awesome the M3 is.

If you wanna say you can build a faster E30 for less money, I might not disagree with you - but if you do the same mods to an E36 it will be faster due to the modern suspension design.

Saying this over and over does not make you less WRONG. I'd be willing to bet money that my S50 swapped 5 lug E30 can out go, stop, and out handle an E36 M3. Keep living in your fantasy land if you like, just don't preach about it.
