    bummer! The IX is just so different compared to the RWD 325. :( maybe someone can offer some advice sooner or later. Lots of IXs in here. Car is looking great though.

    I had my steering coupler replaced, but I had a friend of mine install it for me lol. wish I could give you advice, but unfort I have none to give!

    Yes, non-IX is not a deal-breaker. I want to buy 2 e30's. Ideally, an XI for a DD and a 325is for a project car. I am actually looking at a couple of 325is's right now. I figure if I end up buying a 325is this year, I will just drive it through this winter and then look for an IX next year. Curious, where do you buy those front euro plates?
