Nice... big time congrats. Always feels good to solve an issue like that. I still remember pre-boost I had a helluva warm starting/running issue. Turned out to be that the wire in the loom was hooked up for no catalytic converter cars. LOL I just plugged it in during the engine swap thinking it was supposed to be plugged in. It is supposed to be unplugged if you have a cat. That took me almost a year to find.
Have you done anymore tuning on the car? I was looking at my tune and your req_fuel is not that far off mine. I think mine was 6.0 (calculated by TS req fuel calculator) or something like that. Was curious what you ended up with."A good memory for quotes combined with a poor memory for attribution can lead to a false sense of originality."

Im still working my ve tables a bit because ive got some areas where the engine islean still. Once I get dialed in completely ill post my whole Msq.
Ive also got an over cooling issue. I put in a drilled thermostat way back when and its turning out to be a huge mistake. Ill go from 190 down to maybe 150 degrees depending on how much air is moving past the car. Its screwing with my warmup so Im going to swap that out today.
thanks for all the comments guys!!

Are you using the live VE analyse to sort uot your VE tables? Its the best way by far. When you do this, disable EGO correction. Your fuel map should be really good just after a couple drives.
Also what do you mean by drilled thermostat? Where do you drill? I drill an 1/8" hole on the outer rim of the Tstat and put the hole on the top to help with bleeding air from the system. It should not cause any real noticable difference on cooling system function though.-Nick

Im working with the auto tune feature. I drilled my t stat to help with coolant system bleeding. However, I drilled a whole thats pretty big. My car will heat up at a stand still but driving on the freeway my temp drops back down to 155 ish. I drilled right around the rim probably just like you did.
I also had an 88 C stat to begin with. I want a more stable operating temp so I can tune properly.

its not really thats its a problem its just kind of annoying. It still runs well but from stop and go my temp fluctuates so much. My cluster temp gauge reads just above the cold mark when at speed. I can watch in drop down lol
