18 and 15/32 inches

Are you sure? It's near 18,5 inch, really low oil volume for the maximum mark. I have a little bit more than 15 inch on mine M40 dipstick.

I turned the boost back up and cracked my homebrew intake manifold. This is the third time this has happened.


With no direct bolt on manifold worth a shit available Ive opted for a stupid but fairly cheap solution. VW Passat 1.8L turbo intake manifold modified to fit. We shall see how this turns out...
