What rear valance is this? Looks hawt!!!

Its a late model Zender rear Valence, very rare.

What size are those wheels? Tire size? Wheels look like 18s but im not sure

BBS RC 090 (style5) i built them to 3 pc.

front 9J x 17" final ET 7 with 195/40
rear 10J x 17" final ET -18 with 225/35

front will be spaced out to ET - 3 next week and max. camber.

That looks great, but I think if you repaint the bottom with a fresh coat of the black it'd look much cleaner.
