Did you send those in and have GC do them for you, or did you cut and weld them? Just curious how much if any you took out of the shock sleeve?

I had my friend do it, but I'm not sure if they were taken down at all before. I had him take off 1.7" this time.

I see, well thanks. I've been throwing around the idea of making my own coil-overs so I have been researching as much as I can on what guys are doing.

        Thanks!

P.S. looks freakin sweet man, can't wait to see this thing all together!

off hand, and I know you already have them assembled, but what are the rough length of the coil springs on the front (unsprung)?

I don't know that offhand, but I'm sure you could give GC a call and they'd know.

It took me an hour to fix the threads on the driver side tie rod end, but I got it. File, cut-off wheel, and a thread chaser. I car the car back together, threw a few random wheels on, and got sideways a few last times in the m30 before it goes back under the knife for the transplant.

It's ugly right now, but it handles great....

I see a set of headers being franticly pulled off in an effort to put that in.
