used oil adapter from x5 engine to put a oil cooler after the oil filter housing, the oil filter housing has a oil thermostat in it so the oil temp is regulated

bought some lexan and made a back window, then mounted the radiator in the trunk, made a scoop on the back window out of lexan for airflow
added NACA ducts on the side windows for added air, have not test this yet but the fan seems to draw in air when stationary

BTW OP how do you not need flares in the rear? your 535's seem to be the same offset mine are (9.75, et 20) but my shit was sticking out like, three inches.

then again, i was using z3 hubs and a 1" 5x120->5x114 adapter. did you redrill your hubs or something?

all the suspension in rear is stock except coilovers
im still looking for 6 cyl z3 rear trailing arms, they are much wider than 318ti arms

then i will be doing widebody...

i might be mistaken, but non-m 6cyl z3 trailing arms are the same width as 318ti and regular e30 arms. it's the z3m trailing arms that are wider

i'm still confused as to how you've tucked the 535's under your fenders. what width are they? mine stuck out four inches with the adapters and z3 hubs

it's hard to tell in the pictures that i have, but the rear stuck out just as much as the front

No, standard z3 TA's are not the same as e30. Bearing size is, but the none M-z3 pushes much further than the mZ3. Its why they have to use such high offset wheels compared to the M cars.

                              Yours truly,

                              Former none-M clown shoe owner.

I looked into this a lot because I was going to put a pair of stock e30 TA's on my Shoe so I could run a much more aggressive wheel but never got around to it.
