Hey TJ,

Still thinking about doing the roof in paint (spray or brush). My brothers want me to take it to a real bodyshop and have them just spray the roof. As you know, I don't like to put much money into the body, so whatever is most cost-effective is probably what I will go with. Actually, I started chipping away at the 'white streaks' on my roof the other day, and you can chip it up with just your fingernail...and underneath it is black. I may just try to chip all of it off. :)

Lip is staying graphite, I tried black for a while, but after painting it with my wheel paint I can't seem to go back. :)
It does have plenty of black tire rash on it now, some from my tires, and some from the 4-runner and Blazer that were behind me. :D

i like the fog light delete! lol, i took mine out a while ago cause one was cracked and i dont use em anyway. Why did you end up removing them??

I took mine out because one had virtually no lens, and the other has a foggy nasty cracked one.

Notice how many tracked e30s have no fogs?

GREAT TO SEE YOU STU!!! 'Member me? hehe. Man I miss them RS's you had. I dislike the Borbets intensely but its cool cuz I know how harcore form-function you are. I respect that. I have that whore-ish aesthetic side. You fucking stole my 316d idea (for my eta when it goes 2.8l "i") though and I will hate for all of eternity for it. Deal with it. ;)

I don't like the Borbets as much either, but I've never been into looks enough to justify spending bookoo's on nicer wheels. The RS's were a once-in-a-lifetime deal and I still regret selling them (even though they paid for a lot of the engine-swap parts). I've dug through DTMpower to find old pics of my car with them but I can't seem to find em. I found out there was an E21 315 (yes 315)....you should run that badge.

I took the foglight blank panels out at the track (quick fix for more brake cooling) but ended up losing one of them when I moved out of my apartment. Argh

nice ride, I too have S50 and track aspirations...once I get a real job and start earning some money lol(and once I know how to drive properly too). Even though you say you don't spend too much on looks, I like how your E30 looks, simple yet classy.

It did over 31mpg for me today on the way to Charlotte and back, best it's done so far!
