originally didn't like the borbets (sp?), but they look good in gray, and I know I've said this before, but the mirrors look great

      lip looks good unfinished.

      on 205s?

Is there something different about the headlights or is that just the pics? Other than that I think it looks good and I didn't even notice the mirrors until bimmertoad said something...they look good...different but good

Toad, thanks. The tires are 225/50/15 but may as well be 205's, they are toasted down to no tread (2 DE days and ~15k), so time to replace them next week or so. Something about grp A mirrors gets me to, I love them on any E30, M3 or standard. I don't like the wheels much either, I like 15", but I'd prefer Kenesis K20's if funds allowed, SSR Competitions, or euro weaves would be fine as well. :)
The headlights are some sort of aftermarket, but not ellipsoids. I bought them from Beej_325 on r3v. I believe they are h4? h1 maybe?

edit again: the lip actually is painted, same color as the wheels; e34 m5 ish?

I love that is-lip. It's very E34 M5 ish, and it works so well on your car.

Haven't seen this car in ages. Still looks like the sleeper to end all sleepers to me.

My inspiration car since I asked the question "Whats an E30?".
