      Sweet

That S54 sits well in there. Not too big, not too plastic, not too tight. Sounds incredible.

i noticed the bottom end was lower than normal as well. this to me would be vanos or something to do with the custom exhaust.

Thanks a lot everyone, all the positivity means a lot

There is definitely something going on with the tune down low, its very apparent while driving that the power delivery isn't as linear as it should be. It may be something to do with the euro tune and 3.5" exhaust, hopefully it will clean up with tuning

Here is subframe and oil pan, I forgot to mention the pan has to be modified as well

For the 5 lug kit I used a kit sold by "Nasieg" on the forums. It uses hub sleeves, here are a couple pics of them during installation. The axle nut is machined into the outer half of the sleeve/bearing surface.

The brakes are e46 m3 front calipers and rotors and e46 325i rear rotors with e39 540i rear calipers. I also used the Massive booster delete, which feels great with the m3 calipers and stock late model master cylinder (I wouldn't recommend it with stock brakes/master cyl, pedal was very hard).

Here's the graph, clearly it has something going on down low and also it shouldn't be falling off the way it is at 7k. I think I'll pick up some with tuning, not that worried about it though, it's already plenty quick for my needs

Good job man  glad to see you got it figured out. Sounds wicked on the dyno. I'm curious to see what you get out of it with a tune. Also make sure to share some ot you DE videos with us.

it's probably the exhaust that's caused that.

the tune is completely stock, and there's actually not that much difference between the US and EU tune, except the throttle mapping is a bit better and things like cat heating/SAP are less annoying. there are slight tweaks to VANOS and ignition, but basically they both make about the same power with most of it coming from the better headers on the EU cars.

                              This is Andrew325is's dyno:

The blue line is a stock E46 M3 that was dyno'd the same day.

Anyway, I hope working with Frank unearths what's going on. It makes me want to get a tune over the winter!

I'm thinking that too, depending on where the merge was placed.
