Decided to make the tank fit in the spare well.

It is protected here and can be mounted low enough to pipe in the original filler!

Just meant chopping and welding the mounts

It's a rare one this is the basic spec for it as described by compressor racing.

Large alloy Holset compressor housing with 4inch inlet with MWE Map Width Enhanchment anti-surge ports, and 2.5in v-band outlet.
Massive 76mm 7 blade compressor wheel (Same size as the 550bhp Garrett GT3076R) with 52mm inducer capable of 500bhp+.
Oil cooled core with 360deg thrust bearing and heavy duty shaft.
High flow 65mm turbine wheel with 52mm exducer (Alll GT/GTX28 series turbo have a 54mm turbine with 47mm exducer).
Quick spool 7cm (a/r .49) turbine housing with T2/25/28 inlet flange, 2.5in v-band outlet flange, and integral wastegate.

Mounted the tank on 5mm rubber pads stop vibration and allow expansion and movement

The new feet are welded and secure

New spout takes a 2 inch hose and pipe work will link up to the filler.

The height of this is to prevent slosh back even though the tank is foam filled liquid will naturally try to fill the tube. It's cut out inside so will easy flow enough from a pump. The beveled end may be ott but it only took a minute so why not!

I can't take credit for the TIG work I wish I could but I've never tried and didn't fancy practicing on an expensive tank! But I was impressed with my friends work

Gave the flywheel a good clean up! Would you say this needs to be skimmed or is this normal wear? It feels flat so it's possibly only a few thous of marking tops

Hmm I'm no expert but when I put my turbo engine back together I didn't have mine resurfaced, albeit it looked a little less marked up. How old is the flywheel? Mine had been resurface about 4000 miles previous though so if this is the original flywheel you might want to for peace of mind.

If you're going to be putting a new clutch and pressure plate on it I would say go get it resurfaced.
