can i please get the contact info of the guy who replaced that rear window?
your car is looking good!
Hahaha, the car is looking pretty good. Maybe mask and dye/paint the border on the back window. I thought mine looked bad back when I got it, but this one takes the cake. Poor car.
Well, it looks miles better than when you started so in time that destroyed anus looking back window should be taken care of too.

It's a shame. It is a BMW top. I am looking into a solution. I have a line on a pair of good condition tan seats and have found dye for them, I hope I may be able to dye the mess that is on the material although that won't help the area into the window.
to fix the rear window for the time being, here is what i would do:
get blue painter's tape(or green). do a good job masking the edge of the top and about 3/8" inside the rear window. go buy some black silicone in a full size caulk tube with a caulk gun. put a slightly thicker bead all the way around and over the top of that shitty clear job. smooth the bead down with your finger and get the tape off before the sealant cures. you will have to work fast with the silicone. because once it starts curing, it will be a mess. this is how i do a pretty professional job of caulking in bathrooms of the renovations i sometimes do.
