Super easy, no drilling. Undo the two screws for the ashtray, lift it up slightly, put the cupholder underneath, line up holes reinstall screws. Only down side is it's only big enough for a soda can size bottle.
you have to install the grommet without the antenna in the way. Then just pop the ball in

Do you mean the top mechanism flaps? The pasenger side came with the car, driver came from the dealer, it was 7x.xx but almost the next day went up over 120.

The oem cat was thrashed 200k & 25 years how can that be??? lol
Decided to live dangerously, it is a bit loud, if it bothers me I'll get a resonator.
