What did you wrap the turbo's tubing with? (the white wrap) Was it a sleeve or was it like a roll of tape? Great lookin car and awesome job. Do you plan on getting it dynoed?

The heat wrapp you mean? It's a header heat wrapp insulator roll that you get it from Summit racing, it's thermotec, also I bought a Turbo insulating Kit , Thermotec brand from there.

I'm goign to dyno it once I figured out the prper tunign with the stand alone system.

Thnaks TJ, my engine it's "breaked in" and will take her for a conservative spin arround the town if luck it's next to me for the next week.:D

How much boost are you planning on running those turbonetics wastegate’s are notorious for boost creep. I would go TIAL all the way. Nice job man it looks extremely well done. Glad to see you have everything wrapped up tight. Are you going to put spray on those heat wraps? Can’t wait to see the results of your hard work! Also what standalone are you going to run

is the e36 318ti radiator better than the e30 318 rad? Fat car man, good luck finishing it up, i hope for you it gets on the road fast.

Are knockoff HKS 40mm WG's. I used one in the past with good results. As far for boosting, well, no more then 20-21 PSI for now, unless I change the rocker arms, valve springs and bigger cam, it won't pass of those values and turn up the boost til 30 PSI or so with good tuning. I'm using Mega Squirt, soon to have WASTED PARK.

I have welded water chanels and oringed head though.

The 318i E36 RAD works fantastic in my car, never reach the middle in my temp gauge.

Here a couple of pics I took over the process, you can see the oring head, welded water chanels, turbo polsihed, forged pistons, oil squirt injector for pistons added, etc etc.
