Looks really good, I've been happy with my maf so far.

Well, after installing mine my girlfriend said "OMG, your car isn't a piece of shit anymore!" (commenting on the smoothing of throttle response and drivability, but my afm was kinda iffy) ;)

Looks great Ely!!! Glad to hear it's running good.

However, a bit of note on the afm - it's not 'maxed out' at 6400 rpm's. Not sure where that info came from. The afm should only be ~half-way open at WOT N/A (hence why you can use it on a boosted car). And the AFM isn't nearly the restriction you guys make it out to be, the intake air actually moves it open quite easily. It's simply nowhere near as accurate as a MAF.

thanks guys, Ya the MAF swap helped a ton, I now have megasquirt on the car controlling full spark and fuel. I think the biggest gain from the MAF conversion is throttle response, as you don't have to wait for the flap to open.

off topic but is it safe to only have 2 bolts holding your camber settings?

WTF, not even close to on topic, but you really ought to drop the strut and tighten all 4, then re-install it in the strut tower. Do you want to risk you camber suddenly becoming "adjustable" in the middle of a run?

In the first post you can see that there's only 2 bolts holding on his camber settings, I'm asking him. seems risky to me too.

                          Ohhh.... my bad...

it doesn't appear is if there is room for 2 more bolts, and the rears only have two, so that just seems to be the design of the plate.

What are you guys talking about? I see 3 nuts on the strut towers - 2 on the bar, ant 1 more nut on the tower. Whats the issue, I see nothing abnormal???
