Especially me? Why, because someone found a way to get good looking side skirts for cheap? Where is it written that all the parts you put on your car have to cost hundreds of dollars and be made specifically for BMW's? I don't understand this rationale at all. I'm sorry we can't all affored M-Tech I kits. And don't feed me the "OMFG Ford parts on a BMW" line. They're molded pieces of urethane that happen to fit the E30. If they came from a 92-95 Audi, I'll bet you anything not a single person would say a word. There almost isn't a single side skirt for the E30 that I like, aside from OEM BMW parts that are either NLA or way too fucking overpriced. I love the way these look, and if that depresses you, I don't know what to tell you.
Now I can't wait to get them installed. I'm going to get a huge windshield banner made that says "BODY KIT BY FORD".
Put the Taurus skirts on,

Yep Oxford it is. When i got the head from the southington branch, they had it off the car but i called about it so thats probably why. Maybe ill go tomoro. im kinda outta commission from my teeth getting pulled but im not on any drugs so i can still drive :). We should get a meet togeher. .I met a dude with a red 325iX last night and theres a girl (i know) with a metal bumper 325iC with good exhaust and slightly lowered in my area and i know theres a lot of other e30's in CT.
Sorry for jcking the thread. Skirts look sick dude. Sent you a pm bout wheels and tires.Leave a comment:

The one in southington is pick and pull, or you pay them to take it apart for you. You pay a buck to walk the yard and pull your shit apart, bring it back to the trailer and they give you a price. Theres another one in New Haven, never been to that one though. You're in 06478... Oxford right? (Im a lawn guy, I do a lot of driving, lol) You're kinda right in between the two.Leave a comment:

Picked mine up today, am I gonna be the first to try these on a four door? Im probably going to paint them black with trim paint for now until I get the whole car resprayed, whenever that may be, and they wont be staying on anyways until i get an iS lip and rear apron.
PS: If anyone in CT is looking for these, Chuck and Eddies yard in Southington had a couple taurus' laying around, they charged me 30 bucks for the skirts. There was also a grey iX there if you're looking for the flares and skirts off that, and 4 door black door panels in it.Leave a comment:

Well...I got mine trimmed up last night. It was actually the first time I used a dremel (and a good reason to buy one.)
The skirts are easy to trim. Now for sanding and primer. (Unfortunately paint will have to wait. Still planning on front lip and rear apron).Leave a comment:

Well if anyone tries it on a cab let me know, where I live there are not many yards left, only used part dealers (you can't walk around and pull your own stuff) and they don't bother with small stuff.
I want a set...

they look much better on the red than the silver IMO (they look too bulky on the silver car)... anyone have a photo of them on a black car?Leave a comment:
