i went to the junkyard to get my Taurus sideskirt and i found 80% of a mtech 2 kit.
taurus sides look really nice and it was hard to find a pair that wasnt all banged up.Comment

yes i did, i got the front bumper, rear bumper/valence, side skirts, and all the rocker panels but the rear pasenger side. not bad for $100. dont know if i wanna fix it or sell it.Comment

rofl I had no idea that there were any Taurus "fans" out there...What to they do at meets? The cars aren't that interesting to look at, they don't have any performance merit, and they suck at the autox. I just installed mine. My paint is just about impossible to match, so I just sprayed it. They came out pretty flat grey, E36 318i style... The tape is also a bit exposed. All in all, they look ghetto now, but with a little finessing, I think they'll look great.
Any tips to gloss up the paint?
Yes yes, I know. Pictures curtesy of Nokia. I'll have a real shoot once I actually clean the car and figure out the skirts better. These are just temp (both the pics and the current state of the skirts)...
