I've seen some custom 2/3 piece 15" versions (google images will show you) but I imagine those are big money!

Had to fix this body plug hole, I forgot to take a photo before but it was rusted about half way around the diameter of the plug.

E90 floor plugs are a direct fit (41007140847), if you need one.

This door was a complete POS. No rust but plenty of dents, my paint guy was cursing me, not sure how it's gonna turn out lol.

Took a section from the floor pan that I cut out so I could use the pressing and match this are under the seat. Ultimately no one will ever see it but it was an easy fix tonight. Now to work on the EIGHT other small holes lol I have to get them done this weekend and at least primed. Still messing with finding an undercoat that looks factory. I might have to just suck it up and buy a bottle of schutz.

Had to clean up this mess around the center seatbelt mount, it's double layered and water has gotten in between the layers and rusted it out. Really getting bogged down in this rear seat pan area lol. Hard to tell but I've filled five more holes tonight. I'll have to get up under it next and shield one of the brake lines and e brake tubes to fix the rest. Should have it wrapped up this weekend and hopefully get the inside floor primered. I'll wait until the tub is back from paint to do the bottom schutz coating as well as the rockers.

Really getting into the belly of the beast now, ABS pump and lines removed, master and booster, pedal box, HVAC box and wiper transmission. Finally done the tear down, ready to get the last of the welding done and get it to paint.

Didn't take too many photos today, needed to all the smaller things buttoned up and the metal treated with some ospho. I'm waiting until it's back from paint to pull the subframe, do the bushings and touch up the rust repairs with epoxy primer and schutz. That rear seat pan turned into a real mess!

Stripped this crap off the rockers this afternoon, what a job that was. Also picked up the rest of the painted parts. The tub is now at paint.

ID:	10169252 Getting very close now, no surprises in the rear of the tub. This was a straight car that ended up in a field as a parts car! The rear body panel and quarters are incredibly nice on this thing.

It's been a lot of work, I went down to sand and primer the engine bay today, we should be shooting it in color either tomorrow or Thursday. Since the cost of bodywork in general is pretty high I've opted to paint the inside of the convertible boot area and rockers myself once it's back. I've been trying to learn the process over the last year or so and I'm getting more confident. Not try to cut a bunch of corners but when all's said and done it will be a good complete driver-quality paint job!
