Ahh...I see. When I did my e36 m3 '95 rack swap, I ordered two different style of locking places - just incase. One that "keys in" like a woodrift slot and another design that is a two(three?) layer design meant for z3 racks.
Sorry - I don't think I have the pics - that was a while ago.
I'll trust you on the red locktite thing.
It's just when it comes to steering, I don't like to mess around. Brake...Meh.....you can live without for a test run.
Strict budget, slow restoration. *Now with moar budget*

Thank you sir george. There is no alternative aside from maybe cutting a slot into the rack. Red loctite is the practice for Z3 racks (they come from the factory with no locking plates)Leave a comment:

Very nice mang. You seem to really be trusting that red lock tight on that rack - not so sure I'd be so brave.Leave a comment:

This weekend (try HD to see the shit-eating grin on my face):
My friend flipped out a bit when we came face to face with a cop at 0:20, lawls. Go to 2:00 to see what you want.
All unedited but not hosted on my youtube so I can't do the honors. Suffer through it!
