Coil-on or coil-off on the rear? In the MCS guy's thread, he says the issue of blow out is blown out of proportion. Might affect wheels though I think.

Current off-the-shelf Konis aren't quite up to snuff for the spring rates I want to run. It was either double adjustable (noisy) Konis or ASTs for a similar price. AST is really the better damper.
