anyone have a lathe i can borrow? my godfather decided to bail on me. i pretty much finished the mti i just got to cut a few o-ring grooves on the vacume log. and the big project is making a fuel rail adaptor. i have a -6an fitting and need it to plug into the factory port for the fuel rail. i will post pics if anyone wants to see but it's not that impressive just some brass and some hose plumbing for the vaccume. i wanted to get the plenum done this weekend but that didn't happen, but i mught have some time tomorrow to at least get started.Comment

between his 65 corvette restoration, his house remodelling, and various friends, his brother and neices, and neighbor asking for help for emergency projects he felt it unnecessary to help me with my project as i have a running car and my modifications are not an essential item. i understand why he bailed but am unhappy about it.
never make assumptions until you are given the full facts btw travis is still helping with the turbo, theres just nothing to do at the moment that he can be a part of. though he'll probably end up welding the plenum together when i get to thatComment
