that was the plan.
brembo only offers 4 pison calipers but wilwood offers 6 so naturally....
as for the dry sump comment if i don't see any gains from dry sump oh well at least then my oil pan won't be an excuse to not lower the car more. plus it will make doing my underbody air-defuser slightly easier as the pan sits about 2 inches below the rest of the lowest points of the car (aside from suspension and steering components) if nothing else i can say hey i sopent like 3K on a drysump for my m20 lolComment

wait. I hope I am reading this wrong and you didn't just say something about the computer controling your bore and stroke.the plan is for over 25 lbs in the future. i don't want to be buying more parts later and doing this over again. in anycase holy hell that tuner studio software is intense. i can't find the area that dictates engine displacement that matt or ben (from diy) mentioned. maybe i heard incorrectly anyone care to chime in on this?Originally posted by Beej '86 325esevery time an M-tech 1 spoiler is destroyed, a baby seal dies.87 325:83 jetta coupe:99 volvo c70:99 volvo s70Originally posted by JparkrThe last thing we need are more of the retards on here thinking they are engineers too.Comment

you read it wrong. my question is in regards to a statement matt or ben made. they said that the program had a displacement area or something IIRC. i don't really remember the statement but it was something like tell the engine its a 2.7 or 3.1 or whatever IIRC. oh well whatever i'm going to call them when i am on my way to class and find out. i'll be back on in 2 hoursComment

its in like the first "basic" menu, under Required Fuel. you enter the engine displacement, injector size, the # of cylinders, target afr, and a few other variables. You have a long road ahead of you if you haven't passed that step.you read it wrong. my question is in regards to a statement matt or ben made. they said that the program had a displacement area or something IIRC. i don't really remember the statement but it was something like tell the engine its a 2.7 or 3.1 or whatever IIRC. oh well whatever i'm going to call them when i am on my way to class and find out. i'll be back on in 2 hoursComment
