Thanks! Well, the tires are skinny as well. Only 225's rear, that's what I have on my bicycle almost :P
Probably will be better with a spacer though, but if I'm not satisfied I just have to change them to something else.

Hi!
I have now changed the whole windshield cowl because of rust. The car is now off for paint, and hopefully will be finished by the end of the week. It is only the cowl that is to be painted. I must say it was good to see the car outside in the sun for a change.

Update time! The car has now been at the painter for about two weeks. I have this week started to sand and mask up the car. So it will be primed tomorrow morning.

Oil pan and gearbox sub frame has arrived from re welding. The engine is ready for drop in as soon as I get the car back from paint.

No one that has any comments?

Well, swap is done! Took me about 6 moths to do it. Don't want to write to much about it, so any questions just ask. But anyways, here is a lot of pictures from the build. Enjoy!

It is avus as a base, but there is added some extra secret ingredient to it ;) Which I of course keep for my self, so my color is unique.

Confirmed from 1st redline (rev limit) into second and second clutch dump. its brutal.

I have driven a friends 18500km M-Coupe (s50b32) on the dual mass and standard clutch .. its a lot less grabby than this. But its not savage if you get what I mean, you can still drive it in traffic.

I remember first test drive I had with my engine, I did go a bit in first and shifted to second with wheel spin. But suddenly it does not want that more.

I have red that some have mounted the spring hub towards the gearbox, but I made sure that I put that one towards the flywheel.

Yesterday I drove her pretty hard and shifted a lot. There is good grip in the clutch when driving. It bites as soon as the pedal is released. BUT if it does not disengage, it will be hot at all time. And then it will slip when I pull the burnout.
