    Update time!!

Well, the project goes on! I'm updating on the Norwegian forum, so I might as well keep it alive her. It has happen some stuff since last time her.

I changed the 909Motorsport decal with BMW Motorsport.

Washed the car good and stored it away for the winter

    Rims got stored inside

So, this winter will be upgrading to E36M3 3.2l brakes at front, KW Variant 2 "inox-line" coilovers, new oilfilter housing, new water pump and E28 servo hydraulic brake booster.

Removing asphalt mats inside car to save some weight!

And, a little detail on the rims

The throttle bodies had to come off and have now been a trip into a media blast chamber.

Did you have to replace the INA roller bearings in the throttle bodies?
I blasted mine and got a bit of sand in some of them, they need replacing. Athough INA dont make them anymore. Where did you get yours from?

Nope, did not replace them. Did the same thing on my S14 TB's as well, and no issue with it.

After I had blasted them I spend an hour cleaning them with a very very good spray we use on work, it can be compared to Loctite Super Clean.
I did not "throttle" before I had cleaned the bearings a LOT with that spray and compressed air. After getting all the sand/glass out I lubed the bearings and moving parts with a WD-40 type lubrication.

Wow, this is what I want my car to look like one day. I have the exact same color on my car, just a bit brighter.

You must have put a pretty good amount of money into this car. :)

              Have any more videos/photos?

Thanks! I have a lot of pictures of the car, recently got some from a Norwegian car magazine photoshoot.
Well, exact same color you don't have, since mine is the only one in the world with the color ;)

Since there was so little response I have not updated lately, but here are some.

Have received some parts and mounted some parts.

New gasket for caliper front and rear, E36M3 3.2l

                  New E28 wheel hubs

                  New waterpump

Mounted the new waterpump and the oilfilter console

And I found some slack in the vibration damper for the belt pully

I have also received a new brake booster, which should fit. But think the diameter is to big on this one as well. Here with the 325Ix booster on the left.

What was done to your sump? Did you just cut it to clear?

                        Got it done for me.
The lip on the subframe that is backwards was cut away and it was welded so it is completely flat. Then the sump was cutted to clear the subframe as well as extending it to take more oil. Sway bar mounts was cutted from another sub frame and welded onto the M3on as well as 5mm reinforcement plates on the motor mounts.

The pickup tube had to be bend a few millimeters back and cutted a bit to get the "hatch" on the oil pan over it.

When I bought the car I did not know much about E30M3, an I thought it was a nice color.
Now I can call me a enthusiast and I would never own a stock M3 ;) Can't think of any stock E30M3 color that I like eater. Mine is Alpineweiss original, and have been green before it is now custom blue.
