Re-bondo you're shaved areas because a baboon could have smoothed them out better. Sand with 320 until its nice and smooth and looks right. not almost right or good enough, Right.

Dude, this is not the end of the world so dont beat yourself up. Remember it is the end of winter right now and you are probably low on vitamin D. Every february/ march i start feeling down and worn out + the scenery is all dreary looking and the weather is still sucking. And every year it catches me off guard and i dont know whats wrong with me. And winter isnt even very long here . So summer is coming bro and your situation will look totally different soon and you will feel different about it. Also females will be short shorts and skirts and sun tan lotion, the sun will be shining (vitamin D) , you can work in a tshirt, and feel the breeze while you are driving, HELL YEAH!! Just step back for a minute and re evaluate where you are heading on this project and where you want to end up. You are almost there, Keep the faith!

It won't take hours and hours. Rustoleum is soft and easy to remove with a rag and some lacquer thinner.
