You'd want 325 springs anyway, to go with the swap.

do i have to completely remove the rear subframe to get to those bushings?Comment

to get the actual subframe bushings yes, it has to come out. But its worth it if theyve never been done. nothing like a totally tight,solid rattle free e30i always seem to be the only person to do this when i pick up an older car. just seems like most people don't even give a crap about it and to me, it's just as important as having brakes in top shape.
