I did contact Lee to see what he has, but I bet I can whip a set of brackets up for this with much ease. Shouldn't be too hard at all.

Does the core support receive much stress? I was planning on doing the same thing to make some clearance for my fan, but I was a little worried about removing that seam since it would lose some rigidity and possibly split. Did you seam weld it since there are no longer spot welds holding those two pieces of sheet metal together?

That seam is still there, I just notched it slightly where I want to start the bend, and then pounded it over with a hammer.

Yep, Andrew and I are making a set tomorrow, then doing all of the wiring repair and fan wiring. Another busy day, plus a softball game.

Then add another $6-8 for UPS Ground. And I'll get them a week from now. Or double that if I want them by the end of this week.

Oooooorrr... we have the material to make them, and I'll have them tomorrow. I anticipate them taking well under an hour.

Alright, you guys wanted fan brackets, we made fan brackets. Took about 2 hours.

No more crappy zip ties. And on top that, the new wiring connector to the oil pan sensor is finished, all new wires and ground ran back up to the main harness. Radiator is mounted, Andrew is wiring up the fan tomorrow after work, and in the meantime, I will re-wrap the lower harness and put everything under and including the intake manifold back together.

Yep, it's there. You can see it pretty clearly under the fan in the second pic.
