I can't find the oil cap. :D I've just been stuffing a shop towel in it.

I bought an air cooled alternator for my swap too, but that snorkel doesn't look like it would help much. I was just going to find some kind of mesh filter to go over the opening and let it suck in ambient air.

Looking good Josh, it's getting close! :)

I'm glad you went the extra step and used an M3 harness cover. The swaps that keep the E36 cover resting on the motor never works for me.

Yeah, I always thought that looked so terrible.

What's the sticker on the top of the fuse box cover?

What happened with the trigger wheel? It's pretty straight forward to put on. Although a pita to get to once the engine is in the car.

Do you have the rest of the M3 cover?

                  Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

No video right now, definitely later.

Just got finished putting the driveshaft and heat shields back in, and lowered it back down onto the wheels. This is the first day it's been down off the jackstands since November.

That wasn't for you Yoshi, that was for mayhem.

Josh, I wanna see some fucking progress tonight. If you don't deliver I will be forced to drive down there and un-install everything whilst you sleep.

If you want to loan me about $400 so I can buy my fan and get my exhaust work done, I'll have it going by this weekend.

If not, you can come down here if you want, but you'll have to deal with Frankie, the ravenous attack chihuahua. My little vato doesn't fuck around.
