Does the pedal move closer to the clutch? Farther from the gas?

Which means you're moving it over by at most, 3/4" of an inch. I can't imagine anyone noticing that.

by the time you adjust it back closer to the motor you dont notice it at all. I dont understand why more people dont do it.

Same, that makes no sense to me. Spending more money on a part you don't need to spend it on is redonkulous.

And Luke, I'm so getting carbon fiber pedals. They'll be lighter, so that means less weight moving forward and back, so I can shift faster and step on the gas and brakes faster.

I managed to get an already modified booster for $60 shipped.

A little less work sometimes goes a long ways. That said, I think White325is' solution is fantastic and I severely wish I'd thought/heard of that previous.

I severely wish the same. 24v is cool. Mine started up and I felt cool. Now just figuring out how to get the aux fan to work as a pusher using the lower coolant temp sensor and cooler thermostat which is cool. Then the exhaust which is actually hot but it cool at the same time. Life is cool. Soon, so so soon. Good work mod. Some people swap motors because they are bored but not you. You swap motors to change lives.

I have never felt such a profound combination of confusion, gratitude, and that feeling you get when you see someone get really badly hurt in a really funny way, where you're laughing your ass off, but you still feel a little bit bad for laughing, but it's ok because they're probably laughing, too.

                        That just made my sig.

This was long overdue. Glad you finally made the move Josh. :woowoo:

Hopefully you will be boosting this motor, otherwise I would've at least held out for a Vanos engine...

                          Good luck with everything! :D

Trust me, I don't know everything, especially about the 24V engines. But I have a few friends locally that have done it, and great resources here, so I'm excited to learn a new platform. I've gotten to know the M20 inside and, hope to do the same with the M/S5X.
