Stock booster. slotted the fire wall about 3/4 of an inch and just slid it over with the bracket and all.

nothing at all. basicly slot the holes about 3/4 of an inch. Dont forget the big hole too.
Slide it over as far as you can and once you put the motor in you can adjust it back over to where you need it to be.
The pedal bracket is thick ehough that you dont have anything to worry about. Ran 2 of my own swaps and 3 swaps I have done for others the same way.
