I saw that, pretty awesome setup. One of the more common doublers if im not mistaken.

Anywho, Let me know if you know of a Dana 60 Front. Ill have to narrow it but worse things could happen to that 44.

That is beyond epic. Just curious, exactly what vehicle will this be for insurance/registration purposes? The e30?

Very nice idea, watching for next phase of your build. Keep up the good work. Have you check out Advanced Adaptors, they make quality parts for conversions. I am useing their motor mounts and tranny mounts on a 350, turbo 400 conversion in my FJ45 Toyota Pickup and they are beefy.

                  Cheers,

                  Jim

Actually is varies from state to state. In OR your fenders must, by law, extend past the wheels. This prevents dangerous contact of the wheels with other vehicles or objects while in motion. It's not always enforced to the T, but it is the law. Not sure about the OP's state though.

If you go to PA they're sticklers about full tread coverage... Just FYI.

Cheap partial Ford (driver drop) 60 for you... Complete stock axles should go for around 500-600 most of the time. Spindles and hubs sometimes can fall in your lap, sometimes are tough to find.... For what it's worth

Yea. Ive got some us flares in mind. Thinkin of using some ford ranger stepside flares. Cut them up to fit. The tires are temporary. Too bald and too big for my purposes. Got them for a song.

Are you going to have a pair of Scout II axles for sale soonish? The Dana 27s under my '62 Scout are woefully inadequate.

I will, Ive decided im going to use the 44s for mock up. Once i get the cummins in and situated ill swap axles so i can have the driveshafts made. Going to have to shorten them. Not looking foward to full width.
Been researching that part of the whole ordeal.

Found a Round bolt pass side drop NP205. Not an hour from me for 300 bucks

Hmmm.. What are the specs on your scout II axles (ratio, LSD, Disc or drum?) What condition are they in? Have you been kind to them? Congrats on the NP205.
