It really does help a billion times. I could not install a medium case diff into my car on jackstands by myself, it was just too fucking hard for me. With the studs, I can throw it on the jack and just pop it in. Takes me about an hour to swap it out now.
I do recommend either welding the studs in to the threads on the front, or using extra long bolts and going from the bottom through. But, I'm sure you know that.

I put the ACSchnitzer wing on a few months back. I like it, especially because it fits over the iS lip.
