All it is, is a plastic front bumper. Not much "euro' about it. Only the trim that is removable...

    plastic bumper swap

ahh well the seller must not have his info straight...
he pictured a metal euro bumper and stated he had gotten it off an 89' 325is

Yep, pull 'em all at once with a helper...it's pretty heavy.

It's much easier to get to the manifold bolts with the head off of the car.

Don't worry about the head until you have all of the stuff off of the front of the motor. Your dad should have a headset wrench you can use to remove the fan and clutch as one. Remember, the threads are reverse. Do that before you remove any of the belts.

If it's a metal euro bumper, then it will go rite on your car. It's just not off of a 89 325iS. Just need to clip a wire to the parking lights/turnsignal. Ask for pictures of the bumper.

When you take this thing apart, mark where the wires and vacume tubes go.. take a picture or pictures of the motor, and it's wiring positions. On an ETA, it's a bit easier than an I to figure out where stuff goes, but if it's marked you will remember.

                    Truth^

Euro bumpers like on Kyles car will bolt right on. I think there's a front for sale on CL over by you right now.

                                just what i thought.

                                MILK ;)

rockers and springs look pretty healthy, but i'm no expert, thoughts?

most all the coolant fittings looked similar to this :/

complete progress so far. hoping to get all the belts off and pull the head this week.
