        It's not necessarily overheat, the deck on B35 engines is thin and the load from the head studs can crack it. B34 blocks have more meat there.

                m20 and m30 blocks are cracked.

                for the m20 I was traveling at a speed that I shouldn't post @23psi and went around 3 miles without coolant after a headgasket blew.

                          got some more done today.

                          stripped out a bit of sound deadening to make some more room for everything.

                          where the rad support mounts(will be using different hardware)



                          clearance for a bigger intercooler as well you can see I made it so teh upper half slide around the lower half which makes it really sturdy.


                          couple hours later and its done and looks better than before.
