You join the pieces together with resin?
Backside of each cut has been completely reinforced with fiberglass and epoxy resin. It's nice and strong as original. I got really luck with the part number as my cut went directly through that, but it all lined up perfect and looks original still.

Very clean work, I'm sure I would have made a mess trying to work resin into the seams. Initial fiberglass work is really easy to make ugly. "The less you touch-the less to sand"

The cuts were so clean, standard grinder cut off wheel or did you use a hacksaw blade? That's just really good work man.

I'm working on a m635 front spoiler and have been doing a bunch of fiberglass work on it.

I'm really sorry about your Father man, Stay strong. I'm losing my Grand Father right now due to stage 4 throat cancer. His little brother passed last year from it. Fuck cancer.

Such a sad state, I've gone over how long it would take to get the car back together naturally aspirated and it doesn't look like I'll be done before bimmerfest...

Filmed the process of re-turboing my E30. Was able to weight reduct like 200lbs out of the setup and drastically reduce the center of gravity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eap-a8n0eHs

I thought that said 20 lbs instead of 200 and thought this was a serious video....

Hey Kam, have you still got this dyno? Ive got a garret gt3582r ball bearing and wondering if I'm gonna be wasting my time

The BLUE line is my current Naturally aspirated M20 setup in FIRST gear with same cam/internals, rhd itb's, short/mid length headers, X pipe near trans and dual 2.25" piping to the subframe. Picked up considerable amount of N/A power under peak.

Now to go tune the ignition map.

here is a quick how to as its very simple.

#1 need to have access to vac lines for each runner( I did this all preemptive in hopes of a bit of speed density driveabilty and knowing it helps tuning)

                            #2-locate your adjusters

#3-setup your sync tool and get other tools needed like a flat head screw driver, allen wrench and an 8mm.

#4-calibrate your tool off of the NON adjustable set(cyl.5 and 6).

                            #5-calibration done (close enough)

#6 hook up your ITBs to each port mine were very far off.

#7 tuned to around 1300rpms about as close as I could get them.

however uploading video of how bad it still pops just holding rpms around 3k.

Not having my e30 is driving me a little crazy. Here's a stupid video I made while replacing the oil pan on our group rally car build. So far we've flushed 10qrts of oil through it but going to remove pan again and ensure its actually clean.
