                      i'm interested if something happens, always have it in the back of my mind i would get a cheap 302 and rebuild it for the bmw, but the failure rate of 5.0 projects always snaps me to reality

                        Failure rate? Theres nothing you can really mess up with the swap. But go for it! Crazy power for very cheap. Just quite heavy...

                              220hp and 325ft/lbs at 2600rpm? Show me that stock m50 with those specs :)

                              Technically, it does depend on which model 302 you get, but its not that hard to find the powerful ones...
