      I'll subscribe.

I am about to put an M20B25 in my 318is. I have an entire '87 325is donor car though, so the swap should be pretty straightforward.

I am interested to see how easy/hard the wiring is.

It shouldn't be too terribly hard.
I have a 91 m20 wiring harness. I'm expecting it to be fairly simply to hook it all up, looking at a friends e30 for reference.

Where are you at with your swap right now?

My complete 318is is sitting in the driveway, and a not so complete 325is is sitting in the garage on jack stands.

I am looking into using the euro 323 flywheel that is lighter than other m20 flywheels.
Does anyone have experience with this?
                      The part number is 11221264517

I was just wondering what I need to swap it beside the different flywheel bolts.

will it work with the normal m20 starter?
And are the clutch kits the same?

How light is that flywheel? You can have the stock single mass eta flywheel shaved down to around 12-13lbs at some Napa Auto Parts for less than $50

Any M20 starter and clutch kit should be fine with the 323 FW, though.

                          Its around 12-13 i believe.
My uncle can shave it down for free I believe as well.

I guess thats the cheaper route.
