Well, I do know from experience that CAD designs don't always look the same when made in real life. I am going to try to get my spare wheel cut to see how it all blends out.

... and machining is the slowest, most expensive way to make something. This would not be a money maker - especially for old 14" bottlecaps.

Hopefully it all works out. I'll keep you posted.

as i said before, e30s are not your market.

but honda/2002s definitely would be interested. you just need to charge more. the honda crowd already buys bottlecaps at @ 100/piece. lol.

Cast aluminum. The analysis would be more of a comparison between the original and the new... I am more interested in the change between the 2 if you know what I mean.

The Inventor files are on their way over to you.

i can do them in ALGOR, then we can compare with ANSYS results ;)
