Got the tires mounted. Went to balance them and my worst fear came to fruition. The face is bent. I didn't think it was since the new lip mated up with it perfectly but alas, here we are. I'm going to start the next-to-impossible search for a single 16" 4x100 OZ Futura.

The face? I don't see how the hell that could be fixed without compromising the strength of the wheel.

I guess the best thing to do is call around wheel shops and see what happens.

Just got a quote for fixing the wheel. $360 for straightening and re-sealing. That doesn't take into account the refinishing that will be needed after the straightening. Also the turn around time is 3+ weeks and I leave for school in 2. Probably going to sit on them, slowly refinish them and maybe find another 2.5" lip so I can do 9's all around. Might pick up some reps so I can use the tires I already bought.
