      Hey,
Im leo from germany and because of my lack in english suspension-language i am still kind of confused :)

so am i right with this:
      you use:

-e30 convertible springs combined with e30 regular shocks (coupe/sedan/touring) in the front
-e36 convertible springs combined with e30 regular shocks (coupe/sedan/touring) in the back

am i right with this? and if its right, does this setup work out properly for fun issues? :)
i read the whole thread but since i am no native speaker i dont understand everything and often get confused with vert and convertible e30 e36 and so on :)
      awesome build... :)

      cheers, leo

          Front or rear, or both?
Any pictures of the rear spacer if so?

80 miles of dirt yesterday and at one point the fuel pump locked up so we took it out and beat it on the trunk and it started working again. Time to look for a spare.

Can you grab the measurement from the ground to the hood lip, and trunk lid?
Curious how high up you are, and fender measurements aren't too much good for me because I have any early model.

Found out where the vibration was coming from... Cracked the subframe at the motor mount. Sorry for the crappy pic. The oil pan landed on the skid plate and held the motor up.

Wow, that's a pretty crazy place to have a subframe break! Good thing you had a skid plate to hold the motor in place lol.
Pretty easy to swap out if you have an engine support bar or engine hoist.
                        Thank you for the dimensions

Started off needing an exhaust and an engine crossmember and came across this auto with a smashed pan

not sure what the plan is yet

I saw that one on craigslist! Was trying to get my brother to buy it. Think it'll run after a pan swap?
