Not much new happening. Ive put over 15k miles on it now and its still going strong. Vanos has been making more noise lately so thats on list to fix.
I did swap in Garagisitic motometer gears and also advanced the odometer to 215k miles from 213k so that anything over 200k represents what the 24v has done. Im happy...
Kicking off 2015 the right way!! 215215

Drove 400 miles to my parents house for Christmas thru Highway 1. Such an awesome drive. This car is such a blast, I still love it everyday... Im also closing in on 16k miles on this engine. Shes still getting 26-28mpg on the freeway. Dyno is happening on Monday! 200+whp or bust

So it clicked out 16k miles on the M52 today. It happened on my way to TFB Performance. They are located right on the Sonoma Raceway property so it was a cool drive and an awesome destination. Went to TFB to get some dyno numbers and honestly was just hoping to be over 200whp. Well... ;D
And the plot
snapped some pics after I left.
The view over Sonoma
and finally, an old park by my house that we used to frequent to do all types of devious things ;)
:nice:

Have you ever considered painting your bumpers white?
thanks, Im very happy with the numbers, especially considering I have a better exhaust setup I am planning on building. For now, its just something that I needed so I can make it legal in CA.
As far as the bumpers go, people give me a lot of shit about it, but its the look I was after. In Europe the base model cars had black bumpers and I wanted that same look for my car since its a bare bones model. No power windows, no A/C, no power locks, etc... It also sets it apart from the other Alpine White cars out there.
