Sick project Denny! I thought of doing the exact same thing, but with an M50 non-vanos, and an HX40 instead of a 35r.

What gearing do you currently have? I would want super long gears to take advantage of the epic power curve! A G260 with 2.93s or a ZF320 with a 2.79 would be so much fun!

Can't wait to see the videos, and how the tuning process goes! :D
thank you my man!! I love challenges like this one which is something thats never been done on the M20 before...I knew it was going to be different and a lot more fun driving on the street but I wasnt expecting this kind of brutallity LOL... The response is crazy..for the first time I am scared to go WOT... I have a 3.73 LSD diff I think am going to need a 2.9 LSD or something you are right on longer gears would be more fun I think..

Now comes yet another challenge how to put the power down?!?! maybe put my esm 16x9 in my vert and buy XXR 526's 17x10 with 275's??

        thank man :)

Yes indeed to build the supercharger was a LOT of mockups and plans what a mess it was....actually my new garage is just as bad now I need to clean it up before fall to get her ready for my next project!! partout my E30 parts car and start working on my red vert this winter is going to be even crazier as its base will be a M30 :)

        Hows your car?

I like your style! Get the kamotors superwide flares, 17x10s with 275/40/17 and make sure you find your Ideal spring rate, shock settings and sway bar size for the rear. Unfortunately these cars don't put down lots of torque well because of the rear suspension design. On my S54 E30 M3, I found that 550 front and 650 rear, with a 16mm Eibach rear sway set on medium stiff (the middle of 3 adjustments), my rear konis on medium stiffness, street compound poly subframe and RTAB bushings (not delrin or race) made for an awesome combination! I can launch the car very well now, and yet it still handles very neutral. The rear is plenty stiff handling wise, yet it promotes a bit of understeer that can be corrected by throttle. With all the added power, the added understeer allows me to drive the car harder in the corners without fear of understeer.

At my first track day, the rear bar and shocks were set on full stiff, which made the ass end come out on me at low speed sharp corners. Softening up the shocks helped, but ultimately I needed to switch the bar one step softer to achieve what I wanted.

Can't wait to hear the wonderful music your engine is going to make with the whine of the blower, and the turbo spooling!

If you plan on running wrinkle walls and really launching that thing you better bring some extra half shafts. You are going to find the limits of a stock e30 drive line real quick.

I had asked if there was any interest and all i heard was criquets...lol.. For sure I pretty much have all the plans and a good fabricator to replicated them in mass production. But it would only be worth it for me if a lot of people jumped in on it as it would be a 1 time run.

                          Yeah...

                          ***Update***

Lack of time my family got me really really busy with everything around the house and everything.. :( My friend came over with his kids and time flew by and no time to go out and do videos. :( I was very disappointed.

But quite frankly I got some ways to go to tune it on the street. I went out tonight and I almost have it part throttle tuned but boost is not even close and now I realized that I may be making a lot more boost then I'm wishing for...(boost gauge max 20psi is pegged and my PNP MSII only came with a 2.5bar MAF) on a twincharged system like my setup I'm afraid my Supercharger once it receives 8 PSI of compressed air from the turbo and the SC boosts 10PSI is more like equal 25++ PSI then the 18 PSI I was expecting. Not to sure what to do right now...LOL... I think I built a MONSTER WAY beyond my original power plans.. and I have a tuning appointment Wednesday.

It would be wise that I find how much boost its really making before strapping it to the dyno full throttle and see 30 PSI ??? what to do...

Found the answer to my question and now BIG question is what happens when I go to 23.5PSI of boost on a 250KPA MAP??? and with 60# injectors..Im limited to 500HP at 90% injector duty.

For my setup its 10PSI Supercharger and 8 PSI turbo right now... = 23.5PSI

Why not turn the boost on the turbo down to 5psi to yield 18psi?

8 PSI Spring on the 38mm turbo wastegate... but what I really need to do is bring the boost down on the Supercharger... or go balls to the walls and hope for the best at 23.5PI.. I should still be able to be under 500HP with my 60# injectors..
