A good friend let borrow a fender roller and i got all four fender lips rolled pretty flat. I put the spacers back on the rear and the tires rub a little under compression but i know my camber settings are not where i will end up with so i didn't go crazier with the fender rolling. If i still rub after alignment and new bushings i'll prob trim the spacers a little.

I finally got around to mounting the ducktail rear lid that i got with the car. I like it more than i thought i would but i will probably alternate between the flat and duck lids like shoes.

I took the massive rubber bumper strip off the front bumper and was left with several mounting holes in the bumper face that were oddly non symmetrical. I came up with an oval shape that symmetrically applied to the bumper covered all the holes.

      Template.

      Drill, file, sand.

      R888's are ridiculous.

And photobucket can kiss my ass, what a piece of junk.

Curious why you swiss-cheesed the front bumper? Weight savings? Air inlet for a radiator on your planned LS conversion??? :o

also, photobucket can kiss everyones ass. Ive had it for around 10 years and its really taken a dump the last year. It takes forever to upload a pic just because it plays all the stupid advertising. I was just ranting about it the other day

I really have an itch for a P-car right now, so much that Ive been considering selling the E30 to fund it

Because it probably looks cooler than what was already there. And because Lorin

Car keeps looking better and better! You should do a similar, swiss-cheesed looking panel for the rear center thingy

stripping wiring feels so good. i probably yanked 100 feet and 15 pounds of wire out of the interior harness alone on my e30. active check, dome lights, power locks, blah blah blah. who needs it?

                  car looks amazing

It handles uniquely. This time i have Toyo R888 tires with pretty stiff sidewalls and it makes a HUGE difference in the stability and turn in compared to a street tire. The grip coming out of a corner is amazing.

You cant drive it fast by steering where you want to go, you have to work around the car so to speak and when you get it right it is impressive. Driving the E30 afterwards feels really easy and safe.

If I was shaving weight, Id probably focus on the rear. Either way, love what you're doing. Im anxious to get into a P-car, but Ive had a weird obsession with the 914s lately
